Oscar Galea’s jewelry combines art, research for innovation and craftsmanship. He has exclusively been working with an extremely light magnesium and aluminum alloy metal from the aeronautical industry, which causes no skin reaction and does not oxidize.
He approaches his jewelry as would a sculptor : as space, focusing on the purity of every single line. Shaped by hand and seamless, each piece is unique, bold and highly original. The subtle and modular unit is revealed when it is activated by the body. Oscar develops his vision of contemporary jewelry without trying to please at any price, nor compel creativity to ephemeral trends.
